Ditch that slushy margarita version and try this delicious variation!
In a shaker combine:
- 6 muddled blueberries (or sub your favorite fruit like blackberries or strawberries)
- 2 oz Blanco Tequila
- 3/4 oz Cointreau
- 1/2 simple syrup (or 1/4 oz of Eli Mason’s rich simple syrup pictured)
- 2 half droppers of Lime bitters
Shake the above with ice. Strain in a cocktail glass half way rimmed with Himalayan Pink salt. Add an ice cube if desired, garnished with a wedge of lime on the rim of the glass, cheers!
