Winner of the Beehive Bitters Cocktail Challenge III, “The Ooo Bee-Hive” is a must try!
Using a cedar plank, take a few shavings off of the board, light the shavings on fire, and smother the flame with a brandy snifter glass, then set aside.
In a shaker combine:
- One whole egg
- 2 oz of bourbon whiskey, we prefer Four Roses Small Batch for this recipe
- 1 oz simple syrup
- 3 dashes (3 half droppers) of our Coffee & Cacao bitters
Dry shake vigorously, then add ice and shake well, about 20 seconds. Strain into the smoke infused brandy snifter. Top with a dusting of cocoa powder.
